The event is open to competitors holding a valid MSA competition licence, appropriate for the event, who are fully elected members of the organising club or fully elected members of clubs affiliated to:
Association West Midlands Motor Clubs
Association South Western Motor Clubs
Association of Eastern Motor Clubs
Cotswold Motor Sports group
